CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER

Daniel White

Dan is a behavioral and environmental expert with extensive experience of devising and delivering successful innovations. Over the last 10 years, Dan has been at the forefront of applied behavioral science and has conducted several water and energy field experiments. Dan also lectures at University College London in applying field experiments to change energy consumption behavior.

Professor Robert Hahn

Bob is a visiting Professor and former Director of Economics at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford. He also has senior affiliations  with Georgetown University and the Brookings Institution.  Bob’s experimental research focuses on regulatory and economic issues in energy and transport. Previously, Bob worked for the US Council of Economic Advisers where he helped design an innovative market-based approach for reducing acid rain. Bob has served on the faculties of Harvard University and Carnegie Mellon University and recently served as a member of the U.S. Commission on Evidence-Based Policymaking.
CHIEF RESEARCH OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER

Professor Robert Metcalfe

Rob is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Boston University. His research tests economic theory using field experiments and identifies practical solutions to business and government challenges. He was a collaborator on MINDSPACE, the first influential report about the applications of behavioral economics. Rob’s recent research has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times, and was cited in the award of the Nobel Prize in Economics to Richard Thaler.
PROJECT MANAGER

Lee-Ann Perkins

Lee-Ann had a distinguished 24-year career in the United States Air Force, retiring with the rank of Colonel. She now applies her extensive experience as a program/project director to the challenges of transitioning to a low-carbon economy. Lee-Ann has an MSc from London Business School and an MSc (Distinction) in Global Energy and Climate Policy from SOAS, University of London.

UX DESIGNER

Mungo Tatton-Brown

Mungo has worked on UX design projects in a wide range of areas, from social networks, to ecommerce, to chatbots. He previously delivered PR campaigns for the world’s biggest video game publishers and ran an independent game studio.

BEHAVIORAL SCIENTIST

Divya Sukumar

Divya is an innovative behavioral scientist with a PhD in Psychology and Law, the first of its kind, from the University of Warwick. She applies her proven track record of delivering actionable insights to program management and conducting high-impact behavioral economic research.
PROGRAMME OFFICER

Olivia Moore

Olivia holds a BSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She ensures the smooth running of executive and business operations at Signol by providing dependable administrative support.

Vlad Predovic

Vlad is an engineer with experience architecting and delivering over the entire software development life-cycle. He has a track record of proven success guiding ideas into solutions across industries ranging from airplane manufacturing to sustainability and city government.
